John Dye

John Dye is an experienced Operations Director for Employee Experience Europe at Mercer, where they currently oversee strategic initiatives. Previously, from 2018 to 2023, John served as the Director for UK delivery of Digital Employee Experience Feedback Programs at Korn Ferry, leading project managers and managing client relationships. John also owned Beeches Images from 2011 to 2018 and worked as an Economic Analyst at the Office for National Statistics from 1996 to 2006, where they contributed to significant macro-economic projects. They hold a BA (Hons) in Economics and Social Policy from Royal Holloway, University of London.
