They are the CEO of Marsh McLennan Ireland and CEO Mercer Ireland, with overall responsibility for Mercer and Marsh. They rejoined Mercer in 2010 after originally joining as a graduate in 2000 and later held senior HR roles at Intel and Anglo Irish Bank. They were appointed CEO of Mercer Ireland in January 2019 and serve as an Executive Director of Mercer's entities in Ireland and on the board of Marsh McLennan Ireland Limited. In March 2023, they were appointed CEO Marsh McLennan in Ireland. They earned an MBS in Management Consulting from University College Dublin (1999–2000).
