Previously, Jurwin held roles at companies such as Korn Ferry, Valcon, and Meltwater, where they focused on employee engagement, change management, and operational improvements. Jurwin earned a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Outside of work, Jurwin enjoys cooking and sports.
