Karen Shellenback is a seasoned professional in human capital analytics and research, currently serving as a Senior Principal at Mercer since August 2015. In this role, Karen leads global learning and data products, focusing on talent optimization and HR transformation through thought leadership and interactive experiences. Previously, Karen was the HR Transformation Research Practice Lead at Bersin by Deloitte from 2012 to July 2015, where responsibilities included driving product development and translating benchmark data into client solutions.
