Kate Brett

Kate Brett is a Global Intellectual Capital Leader in Sustainable Investment at Mercer, where they explore new themes and develop innovative approaches to sustainable investment. Previously, Kate served as Head of Sustainable Investment in the UK and Europe, and as a Principal specializing in advising institutional investors on sustainable strategies. They have contributed to significant publications, including “Investing in a Time of Climate Change” and “Nature Alert,” and co-developed Mercer’s Analytics for Climate Transition. An alumnus of the University of St Andrews, Kate has over a decade of experience in the investment field, having worked with predominantly UK public sector pension funds and other institutional clients. Recently relocated from London to Edinburgh, Kate enjoys exploring the local beach with their young daughter.
