Kate Fitzpatrick is the Global Mobility Practice Leader for UK & Ireland at Mercer, where they have been leading in the field since 2017. With over 20 years of experience in Global Mobility operations and consultancy, Kate specializes in talent alignment, mobility policy development, and expatriate compensation structures. They have previously held senior roles at Ernst & Young and Andersen. Kate earned a Graduate Diploma of Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from RMIT University and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Melbourne. Additionally, they design and deliver accredited Global Mobility training courses at Mercer Learning.
