Ke Chen is an experienced professional in executive remuneration and human capital consulting, currently serving as Principal and China Head of Executive Remuneration at Mercer since November 2014. With a strong background in consulting, Chen has held multiple titles at Mercer, including Director, Consulting Manager, and Senior Associate, as well as a position as Senior Consultant at PwC Management Consulting for a brief period. Key project experience includes executive compensation design, long-term incentive design, total rewards analysis, and business strategy review. Prior to this, Chen gained practical experience through internships at GE Energy and Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide. Chen holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Renmin University of China.
