Kim Warner

Kim Warner, with over two decades of experience in the benefits and insurance sector, currently serves as the Carrier Agreements Leader at Mercer since May 2013. In this role, Kim oversees the management of Producer, Vendor, and Appointment Application Agreements while coordinating contracting activities involving operations, compliance, and legal teams. Previously held positions include Senior Account Executive at TBR Associates, where service was provided across a diverse range of employee benefits, and VP of the Employee Benefits Group at Mazonson LLC, managing a team to improve client service standards. Earlier experience includes consultative sales with multinational clients at John Hancock and significant account management at Mercer Health & Benefits. Kim's foundational experience began at John Hancock, Unicare, and Wellpoint, spanning various roles from claim approval to account management. Educational qualifications include a Paralegal degree from Northeastern University and a BA in History and French from Western Illinois University.
