Leanne Sidebottom

Leanne Sidebottom is currently the Pacific Contact Centre Leader at Mercer, where they oversee operations in Melbourne and Wollongong. Previously, Leanne held various senior management positions at ANZ from 2008 to 2010, including roles focused on Cards & Payment Services and Private Operations. Prior to their current role at Mercer, they served as Helpline Services Leader and Direct Sales & Advice Leader from 2020 to 2021. Leanne is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Psychology at Swinburne University and has Graduate Diplomas in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration from Monash University.
