Lizzy Cullen

Lizzy Cullen has extensive experience in the field of occupational psychology, currently serving as a Principal at Mercer since March 2010, after advancing through various roles including Senior Associate, Associate, Reward Analyst, and Graduate Recruitment Administrator. Prior to joining Mercer, Lizzy worked as a Corporate Administrator at APRG from 2006 to 2010. Lizzy holds a Master's degree in Occupational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London, completed between 2012 and 2014, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychological Science from The University of Queensland, attained from 2005 to 2009.
