Maria Cliffe

Maria Cliffe is the Chief Risk Officer at Mercer, responsible for the oversight and management of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework. Previously, they served as Chief Risk Officer at Amundi Ireland Ltd, where they managed Operational and Investment Risk, and as Head of Risk Management at Pioneer Investments Management Ltd. Maria began their career as a Senior Internal Auditor at Pioneer Investments Ltd and later held roles in management accounting and risk management at Pioneer Alternative Investments Ltd. They earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Waterford Institute of Technology and completed Professional Exams at The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
