Peter Boreham is currently the European Practice Leader for Executive Reward at Mercer, where they advise leading UK and European organizations on the design of executive pay arrangements. They previously served as the UK Head of Executive Remuneration at Hay Group from 1997 to 2013 and worked as an Actuary at Hymans Robertson from 1995 to 1997, following an earlier role as an actuarial student at Willis from 1989 to 1995. Peter holds a BA in Music from the University of Bristol, earned between 1986 and 1989.
