Rajeev Sharma

Rajeev Sharma is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in operations, transitions, project management, and client servicing. Currently serving as the Director (Principal) and Global Delivery Leader at Mercer, Rajeev manages large teams across India and Poland with a focus on significant revenue streams. Prior to Mercer, they worked with several prominent organizations including Capgemini, Fidelity International, Agilent Technologies, and Convergys, where they honed their expertise in process re-engineering, change management, and multi-lingual operations. Rajeev holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University, completed in 2005.
