Beginning a career as a Management Associate at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd and transitioning to an Operations Executive at Asian Paints, Ravi then held multiple senior roles at Standard Chartered Bank, including Head of Service Quality & Reengineering and Chief Operating Officer - Private Bank for ASEAN. After tenure at GE as Assistant Vice President, MBB, and a brief stint at Mercer as COO AMEA and Global Head of Operational Excellence, Ravi currently serves as an Advisory Board Member at Pearl Academy.
