Rob Thissen

Rob Thissen is a Global Client Director at Mercer, responsible for managing large multinational accounts in The Netherlands and Nordics. With extensive experience in human resources consulting, Rob previously served as an Energy Industry Leader in the Middle East and a Senior M&A Consultant, developing expertise in HR and M&A. Rob's career began at ECA International, where they managed multinational client portfolios and conducted international HR management training. Rob holds a Master's degree in International Business from Maastricht University.
