Rupert Watson

Rupert Watson is the Global Head of Economics and Dynamic Asset Allocation at Mercer, where they lead a team responsible for the firm’s perspective on the global economy and manage a significant OCIO book. With a strong track record of adding value through investment calls since 2001, Rupert focuses on macroeconomic factors, valuations, and technical analysis. They have previously held key positions at Goldman Sachs, Black River Asset Management, and Merrill Lynch, among others. Rupert holds a Master of Arts in Economics from Edinburgh University and is passionate about promoting equality, having co-founded All of Us, a platform for managing D&I and wellbeing activities.
