Simon Camaj

Simon Camaj is the Senior Partner and National LAD and Voluntary Benefits Practice Leader at Mercer, a position held since 2017. Prior to joining Mercer, Simon served in various leadership roles at Aetna from 2014 to 2017, including National VP of Business Development for Group Insurance and Head of Specialty Sales for National Accounts. Simon's experience encompasses sales strategy implementation, relationship management with key consultants, and significant contributions to large-scale sales efforts. Simon earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Insurance from Olivet College in 1995.
