Simon James has extensive experience in real estate management, beginning as an Investment Management Surveyor at PRUPIM from May 2005 to September 2007, followed by roles including Assistant Fund Manager at KBC Bank & Verzekering, Real Estate Advisor at the British Council, and Regional Asset Manager at RO Real Estate. Simon served as Asset Manager for Tesco Pension Investment from June 2015 to July 2016, overseeing property assets for the Tesco Plc Pension Fund.
