Steve Ogle is an experienced Learning and Development leader with over 25 years in the management consulting industry. They have successfully led teams to deliver blended learning solutions to meet various business needs, focusing on technical skills, leadership, and employee engagement. Steve held the position of Head of Learning & Development at Mercer from 2005 to 2019, before becoming the Global Learning Leader for Mercer Ltd in 2019, where they currently oversee a global team supporting the development of 10,000 colleagues. Earlier in their career, Steve served as the Call Development & Resource Planning Manager at Coventry Building Society, earning a National Training Award for their innovative Call Centre Training Strategy. Steve attended the BlueCoat COE School in Coventry.
