With over 20 years of experience in investment consulting, Todd began their journey as a junior investment analyst before becoming Mercer Canada's first Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution hybrid analyst. They later joined Willis Towers Watson as the national DC leader, driving the growth of the firm's DC practice in Canada. Currently, Todd leads a team of over 300 employees, dedicated to enhancing the financial futures of Canadians while also finding fulfillment in coaching colleagues. Outside of work, Todd enjoys supporting their three sons in their passion for hockey.
