Tom Austin

Prior to Mercer, Tom held the position of Director at Interpath Advisory from May 2021 to January 2023, where significant focus was placed on stakeholder support during triennial valuation discussions and navigating challenging financial circumstances for employers. Tom's professional journey also includes a tenure as Director in KPMG's Deal Advisory practice from 2004 to May 2021, during which Tom managed pension advisory assignments for a diverse clientele, including small businesses and multinational corporations across various sectors. Tom holds an ACA qualification from BPP (2004-2007) and a Geography degree from the University of Exeter (2001-2004).
