Tracy Ding

Tracy Ding is an experienced professional in operational risk management and financial leadership, currently serving as the Operational Risk Officer for Mercer since September 2022, where Tracy leads the Operational Risk Management for the US Investment Solutions business. Prior to this role, Tracy worked for Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. in various capacities including Internal Audit Senior Manager, participating in the Financial Leadership Development Program, and serving as Global Financial Controls Manager from January 2008 to June 2023. Earlier experiences include positions at Mercer as a Financial Specialist, and at Avis Budget Group as Accounting Supervisor, alongside a significant tenure as a Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen. Tracy holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School and a BA in English from Beijing Foreign Studies University.
