Tricia Maskell

Tricia Maskell is a senior change and employee communications consultant with Mercer's Impact Team. With over two decades of experience, Tricia has developed strategic communications for a diverse range of clients, from blue-chip companies to SMEs. Previously, Tricia served as Managing Director of Thinc PR, transforming it into a successful specialist consultancy, and held roles at Livewire Communications and other notable firms. Tricia is a Founding Chartered Practitioner of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations and has completed the first module of the CIM Diploma in Strategic Marketing. Currently, Tricia is focused on developing employee communication strategies for Mercer, following a global career that includes international experience in Nigeria and Canada.
