Dev Sharma is a highly motivated and results-driven actuary with over 18 years of extensive experience in the actuarial domain, including insurance, pension, and health sectors. Currently serving as an Actuarial Leader at Mercer, Dev leads teams to deliver high-quality services while driving strategy and talent development. Previously, Dev held positions at Patni Computer Systems Ltd and Principal Global Services, establishing and managing key actuarial teams. Dev is also pursuing an actuarial degree from the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, building on a solid foundation with a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from Gauhati University.
