Rafael Kretzer Pedroso

Rafael Kretzer Pedroso is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in design and technology. Since April 2015, Rafael has served as the General Director of Hero99, a leading design studio in Brazil, co-creating successful products like Monest and Merchadise, and collaborating with major companies such as Philips, Expedia, and the NBA. In addition to this role, Rafael is an active Jury Member for the Online Design Awards, an Experience Design Teacher at Aldeia.cc, and contributed to the development of innovative solutions like Monest's generative AI technology for debt collection. Rafael has also held positions as an Entrepreneurship Teacher at Colégio Dom Bosco, an Associate Founder at Viraly, and has previous experience as an Innovation Manager at Wiser Educação and a Technology Specialist at GVT. Currently, Rafael is pursuing further education at Centro Universitário Internacional UNINTER.
