Misty Borg Misterek began their work experience in 2001 as an Intellectual Property Paralegal at Merchant & Gould P.C., where they worked until 2006. In 2006, Misterek joined Absolute Title as a Title Officer before returning to Merchant & Gould P.C. in 2007 as the Director of Business Development & Marketing. Later in 2007, Misterek worked as a Trademark Paralegal at Winthrop & Weinstine. P.A.

Misty Borg Misterek holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Multimedia Design and Development, with a minor in Graphic Design and Project Management, from DeVry University. In addition to their bachelor's degree, they have obtained certifications including Master Certified Coach (MCC) from the Legal Sales and Service Organization in March 2019, and Lead Star Leadership Development from the Legal Marketing Association in November 2016.
