Lee Quinn

Lee Quinn has a diverse work experience in the financial services industry. They started their career at Clearway Mortgage as a Mortgage Loan Officer and consistently performed well in originating home loans. They then moved on to All Fund Mortgage and America's Mortgage Broker DBA Funding America Mortgage Branch, where they excelled as a Branch Manager, effectively managing high-volume mortgage loan origination branches and leading teams of loan officers and processors. In 2004, Lee started their own business, VQV Inc., a mortgage lead generation company that they successfully managed and operated for five years.

In 2011, Lee joined JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Relationship Manager, and in 2015, they joined Sutherland as a Senior Mortgage Recruiter. At Sutherland, Lee effectively recruited mortgage, insurance, government, and tech candidates across the US and took on the role of a project lead recruiter for specialty recruiting projects.

Lee continued their career in mortgage talent acquisition, joining Sourcepoint in 2020 as a Mortgage Talent Acquisition Manager. They eventually became the Director of Talent Acquisition at Merchant Industry LLC in 2022, where they are currently responsible for recruiting top talent for the financial services industry.

Throughout their career, Lee has demonstrated strong leadership skills, effective management abilities, and a track record of success in various roles within the financial services and mortgage industry.

Lee Quinn completed their education at SUNY Brockport, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Sociology from 1995 to 1999. They also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the same institution, though the specific years of completion are unknown.
