Yaasmiyn M. has over 15 years of work experience in the customer service and project management fields. Yaasmiyn began their career in 2003 as a Call Center Manager for HSBC formerly Metris Companies. In this role, they managed a staff of 145 employees providing credit card consumers with account support and product solutions by phone and email. In 2005, they joined Genesys Conferencing as a Call Center Manager, Customer Operations, where they managed the daily workflow of 40 employees providing customer support by phone and email. In 2008, Yaasmiyn joined NCR Corporation as a Program Manager, Operations, where they led a help desk operations team of 45-55 employees providing Tier 1 POS hardware and software support to end-users. In 2011, they moved to SecureNet Payment Systems, LLC. as a Customer Support Operations Manager, managing and directing a team of 12 technical support specialists providing payment processing support in a 24x7 environment. In 2013, they joined basys, LLC. as a Sr. Customer Support Manager, managing a team of 7 technical support analysts providing employers benefit administration software assistance. In 2015, they joined Telesis as a Program Manager, Operations, where they built, directed and mentored a team of 17 Help Desk Technicians, Team Leaders, Business Analysts and IT Specialists providing project software support. Finally, in 2016, they joined Merchant Link as Manager, Enterprise Projects and Solution Engineering, where they oversaw a staff of 12 Enterprise Project Managers and Solution Engineers through client pre-launch payment software and hardware implementation activities.

Yaasmiyn M. has been pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations at UMUC since 2012. Additionally, they are currently enrolled in a program at the University of the District of Columbia for Medical Radiography.
