Levent Ozturk

Levent Ozturk has a strong background in software quality assurance and automation. Levent currently holds the position of Lead Software Quality Assurance Engineer at MerchantE since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Merchant e-Solutions as a Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer from April 2019 to March 2023. In this role, they developed test automation frameworks, created automation test scripts, and created Jenkins pipelines/jobs for test frameworks. Before joining Merchant e-Solutions, Levent worked at Cybertek Solutions as an SDET for BookIT startup web application from September 2018 to April 2019, where they developed automation test scripts using Cucumber, Selenium WebDriver, JUnit, and Java. Prior to that, they worked at VY Track as an SDET, gaining experience in testing and implementing Java-Selenium frameworks using Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, Maven, and Java Object-Oriented Programming Concepts. Additionally, Levent has experience as an Integration Section Head at NATO, where they were involved in user acceptance testing of NATO Integrated Command and Control (ICC) client-server application for multiple versions. Levent also has experience working in the Turkish Navy as a Test Pilot, Air Operations Planning Manager, and IT-SYS Officer.

Levent Ozturk has a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from the Turkish Naval Academy, which they obtained from 1996 to 2000. Levent also completed a post-graduate degree in Leadership and National&International Security from the Turkish Armed Forces War Collage, which they pursued from 2010 to 2012. In addition, Levent attended the Turkish Air Force Flight School from 2001 to 2002, where they earned an MPA/Logistic Pilot certification. Levent has also acquired various certifications in fields such as software testing, programming, and education.
