Joanne Kow

Joanne Kow currently serves as Executive Vice President - Customer Excellence at Merchantrade Asia Sdn Bhd since October 2020. Previously, Joanne held multiple leadership positions at Valyou, a service from Merchantrade Asia, including Head Of Operations and Head Of Process & Governance from May 2016 to March 2023. Joanne's earlier career at DiGi Telecommunications spanned from 2006 to April 2016, where roles included Head of Business Sales Operations, Senior in SFA - System and Process, and Head of Telesales for Enterprise Business. Joanne holds a Master's degree in Marketing from The Chartered Institute of Marketing, earned between 1993 and 1996.
