Nadia Farhana Hassan

Nadia Farhana Hassan is an accomplished human capital leader with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple financial institutions. Currently serving as Vice President Human Capital at Merchantrade Asia since September 2022, Nadia previously held the position of HR Business Partner at Affin Bank Group, contributing to strategic HR project execution. Prior experience includes managerial roles at MBSB Bank Berhad and Agrobank, focusing on Employee Relations and strategic planning. With a solid foundation in corporate affairs from Scope International (M) Sdn Bhd, Nadia has successfully initiated corporate social responsibility programs and managed cross-functional communications. Nadia holds a BBA (Hons) in International Business from Universiti Teknologi MARA.
