Tim Nierste

Tim Nierste is a seasoned professional in the mortgage and capital markets sectors, currently serving as a Senior Mortgage Technology Analyst at Merchants Bank of Indiana since June 2023. Previously, Tim held the position of Managing Director - Capital Markets at Home Point Financial from June 2017 to May 2023. Tim's extensive experience includes roles such as Director of Analytics - Capital Markets, Information Technology / Business Performance Manager, and Financial Analyst / Project Manager at Stonegate Mortgage Corporation. Tim also worked as a Financial Advisor at Edward Jones and served as Capital Markets Manager at both Irwin Home Equity and Irwin Mortgage Corporation. Tim began a career journey at Irwin Mortgage, holding various managerial positions from July 1993 to May 2002.
