Tom Serf

Tom Serf is an experienced underwriting analyst currently employed at Merchants Bank of Indiana since August 2022. Prior to this role, Tom served as a financial analyst at The Sterling Group from November 2020 to July 2022 and worked as a commercial lines underwriter at The Cincinnati Insurance Companies between August 2018 and October 2020. Tom began the career journey as an underwriting intern at FCCI Insurance Group in mid-2017 and held various internships including a campaign intern position at Friends of Todd Young, Inc. and a legal research intern role at Jones Law PC in 2016. Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in Law & Public Policy from Indiana University Bloomington, completed in 2018.
