Trevor Finders

Trevor Finders is a seasoned professional in the surety bond industry, currently serving as the Sr. Contract Underwriting Territory Manager at Merchants Bonding Company since June 2016. In this role, Trevor helps surety agents in the Northeast provide competitive bond programs for contractors, with a focus on a common sense approach. An accomplished initiative, Trevor opened a field office in Philadelphia in 2021, expanding service to several surrounding states. Prior experience includes roles as a Growth Specialist at The Hoxton Trust, where responsibilities ranged from marketing and outreach to grant writing, as well as working on a construction crew with BWC Development and serving as an Accounts Payable Specialist at Emerson Climate Technologies. Trevor holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Economics from Central College.
