Joshua Canan

Mr. Canan serves as Senior Vice President, GSE Deputy Chief Underwriter and has been with the organization since 2017. He began his career at Merchants as a Multifamily Credit Manager for MCC’s parent company, Merchants Bank. He was promoted in 2018 to GSE Senior Underwriter at MCC, and later to GSE Deputy Chief Underwriter. He is located in our Saint Paul, Minnesota office. Mr. Canan is a 2014 graduate of Ball State University, earning a degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies.
