Laurie DiBona

Ms. DiBona is Vice President of Acquisitions at Merchants Capital, where she is responsible for sourcing, structuring, negotiating, and closing low-income housing tax credit investments. Prior to joining Merchants Capital, Ms. DiBona served as Assistant Vice President of LIHTC Acquisitions at R4 Capital where she managed deal flow of lower-tier transactions, including modeling, structuring, and closing. Prior to that, Ms. DiBona spent a decade at Boston Capital including five years in Acquisitions where she was responsible for taking LIHTC transactions from LOI negotiation to closing, and five years in Asset Management where she oversaw the construction, lease-up, and stabilization of transactions through the tax credit compliance period. Ms. DiBona has a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Finance and Accounting from Bentley University, and a Master of City Planning & Certification in Real Estate Finance from Boston University.
