Nicole Swentek joined the company in 2015 and is located in Saint Paul, Minnesota. She brings 16 years of multifamily experience to our lending group and is responsible for overseeing the HUD/FHA, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac processing and closing department, managing of a wide variety of multifamily transactions and programs.
Ms. Swentek graduated from Hamline University with degrees in Political Science, International Studies and also holds a Paralegal Certificate.
