William E. Jones Jr.

William Jones is a Senior Vice President in the firm’s New York office. Mr. Jones has over 20 years of mortgage banking experience, using the FHA, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac platforms to originate business in affordable and workforce housing. He also has experience working with public housing authorities. Mr. Jones received a B.A. in Economics and History from Skidmore College, as well as an M.S. in Real Estate Development from the Graduate School of Architecture, Planning, and Preservation at Columbia University.
