Whitney A. Reynolds

Whitney A. Reynolds is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in logistics, operations, and supply chain management. Currently serving as Director of Fleet Share and Director of Asset Management at Merchants Fleet since April 2024, Reynolds has also held the position of Reserve Support Officer at Marine Forces Reserve since October 2022, ensuring operational readiness for a 85-person team across four New England states. Prior experience includes roles at Wayfair as Head of North America Yard Management and Senior Manager of Global Supply Chain S&OP, as well as significant leadership positions within the United States Marine Corps where responsibilities included managing logistics and supply operations for large teams in diverse environments. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from Quinnipiac University and an MBA from Trident University International, alongside military leadership training at Marine Corps University and Army Logistics University.
