Marissa Kilbreth

Marissa Kilbreth, CIC, AAI-M, AIS, ACSR, is an experienced commercial lines underwriter currently at Merchants Insurance Group since October 2023. Previously, Marissa served as the Director of Marketing at Cross Insurance from June 2018 to October 2023, where responsibilities included managing producer-driven marketing processes and fostering client satisfaction through effective risk analysis. Earlier roles included Marketing Account Manager at Cross Insurance, Artist Relations in the Hospitality Department at the University of New Hampshire's SCOPE, and various positions in customer service and administrative support. Marissa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Information Systems/Business Analytics from the University of New Hampshire, completed in 2018.
