Laiq has extensive experience in the customer service and operations sector, having worked at Merchants since 2008. Starting as a Call Center Representative, Laiq advanced to roles including Operations Manager and Team Leader. From April 2012 to April 2014, Laiq served in various capacities at Merchants T-Mobile/EE, transitioning from a sales agent to a senior agent who balanced call handling with support for fellow agents.
