Full-stack Developer at MerchantSpring

Aravind Ramalakshmi has a strong background in software development and engineering. Their most recent position was as a Full-stack Developer at MerchantSpring, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Software Developer at SKUTOPIA from 2022 to 2023, where they engineered and developed an automated Warehouse Management System (WMS) using React, Redux, and Node.js. Aravind also refactored the WMS and shipping platform to adapt a domain-driven design (DDD) structure.

From 2021 to 2022, Aravind worked as a Software Engineer at Additive Assurance, where they designed and developed a flagship web application to monitor the 3D printing process using React, Vue.js, Konva, and Node.js.

In 2019, Aravind worked as a Teaching Assistant at Trilogy Education, where they enhanced student skills in Full-stack Web Development and provided support and guidance in coding activities and assignments.

From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Software Engineer at Smartron, focusing on the development and testing of architectural features for their Voice Assistant. Aravind created a meta-data support server that improved response time and developed a performance monitoring web system that reduced downtime.

Aravind also has experience as a Web Developer Intern at ZydeSoft in 2016, where they developed an employee evaluation system and a Business Intelligence tool for visualizing employee performance and ratings. Aravind collaborated with design and product teams to build solutions for business needs.

Aravind Ramalakshmi pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Melbourne, graduating in 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Sri Manakular Vinayagar Engineering College, completing their studies in 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Aravind also obtained various certifications. Aravind completed a course on Sequence Models from Coursera in January 2019. In December 2018, they obtained certifications in Convolutional Neural Networks and Mathematics for Machine Learning: Linear Algebra. Aravind also completed courses on Structuring Machine Learning Projects and Improving Deep Neural Networks: Hyperparameter tuning, Regularization, and Optimization in November and October 2018, respectively. Furthermore, Aravind obtained a certification in Neural Network and Deep Learning in July 2018. Prior to their university education, they obtained certifications in Python for Everybody and HTML, CSS, and JavaScript from Coursera in August 2016 and November 2015, respectively.
