Lucas Maurer

Lucas Maurer has been working in the field of software engineering since 2015. In that year, they began working as a Resident Advisor for the Georgia Tech Department of Housing, where their responsibilities included building relationships with residents to provide support, resource information, and encouragement, as well as fostering community development within and outside the residence hall. Lucas was also responsible for providing security, fire protection and general safety within the halls. In 2017, they began working as a Software Engineer and Middleware Co-op for Nead Werx, Inc. Lucas has been working as a Middleware Engineer at MerchLogix since 2019.

Lucas Maurer attended Islands High School from 2010 to 2014, after which they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science at Georgia Institute of Technology from 2014 to 2019.
