Brian Volkenant

Brian Volkenant has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Brian started their career as an intern at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities in 2013. Brian then interned at the Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club, Inc. in 2014 and later interned again at Edina Country Club in 2015.

From 2016 to 2020, Brian worked as an Assistant Superintendent at both Medina Golf and Country Club and Edina Country Club. In 2020, they also worked as an Accounting Assistant at Climatech and as a Staff Accountant at Barton, Walter & Krier, P.C.

Currently, Brian is employed at Merchology. Brian started as a Staff Accountant in April 2021 and has since been promoted to Senior Staff Accountant in February 2023. Prior to Merchology, they worked for the Minnesota Twins as part of the Grounds Crew from 2013 to 2021.

Brian Volkenant completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Bemidji State University in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained another Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Turfgrass Management from North Dakota State University, which they completed in 2014.
