Kelly Countryman has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Kelly began their career in 2015 as a Marketing Communications Intern at Dellwood Country Club, LLC. In 2016, they joined Merchology as an Account Specialist. Kelly then progressed to the position of Customer Service Supervisor in 2017 and later became a Customer Experience Manager in 2019. After that, they were promoted to Sales Manager in 2021, and most recently, they hold the position of Senior Sales Manager from February 2023 at Merchology.
