Neil Miley is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Mercia Learning Trust since June 2024. Prior to this role, Neil served as the Deputy CEO of Education and Executive Principal at Dixons Academies Trust from January 2019 to June 2024. Neil was previously the Principal at Dixons Kings Academy from January 2015 to December 2019, and held the positions of Vice Principal and Assistant Principal at Dixons Allerton Academy from September 2010 to December 2014. Neil began a career in education as a Lead Advanced Skills Teacher at Temple Moor High School from January 2008 to August 2010. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Maths and Artificial Intelligence from the University of Leeds, obtained between 2001 and 2004.
