Gianni Marigliano

Gianni Marigliano currently serves as an Asset Manager at Mercialys since September 2023. Previously, Gianni held the position of Investment Manager at IMMVEO, focusing on property search and feasibility studies from September 2022 to August 2023. Prior experience includes working as a real estate advisor at Laforêt France from September 2019 to August 2022, where responsibilities included drafting sale mandates and sales agreements, as well as conducting property visits and prospecting in a trainee role. Gianni holds a Bachelor’s degree in Gestionnaire d’Affaires Immobilières from GROUPE ESPI and is pursuing a Master’s degree in Finance immobilière at GROUPE ESPI, expected to be completed in August 2025.
