Nicolas Faivre

Nicolas Faivre has worked in the real estate industry for over 15 years. Nicolas began their career at Groupe Casino, where they worked in the Strategy and Planning department, before moving to the Mercialys Group in 2007.

At Mercialys, Nicolas has held a variety of positions, including Asset Manager, Senior Asset Manager, and Director of Asset Management. Nicolas was also responsible for the group's operations in the Indian Ocean region from 2018 to 2022.

Nicolas has also worked as a Director of Real Estate Operations for Grupo Éxito in Latin America and Big C Vietnam.

They work with Fanny Faugère - Head, Marque, Concept & Cap Cowork, Elizabeth Blaise - Deputy CEO, and Fabrice Haurani - Director, Investments & Arbitrage. Their manager is Vincent Ravat, Chief Executive Officer.
