Alfred Poldervaart

Alfred Poldervaart is an experienced professional in quality management and product security, currently serving as the Head of Artwork and Product Security Quality at Merck Group since January 2019. In this role, Alfred ensures compliance with Merck Healthcare Quality Standards and oversees the Quality Management function for Packaging Artwork Development. Previously, Alfred held various managerial positions at Philip Morris International from March 1996 to December 2016, including overseeing the global implementation of tracking and tracing technologies and promoting anti-illicit trade solutions. Alfred began their career at Philip Morris Holland as a Quality Development Engineer, focusing on material development and quality improvement. Alfred holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology and Processing from HAS Green Academy.
