Anja Heinrich

Anja Heinrich is an experienced professional in talent development and organizational management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Development Programs at Merck Group since September 2015. Prior to this role, Anja held the position of Head of Talent Management and Organizational Development at Novartis Vaccines from December 2011 to August 2015. Anja's earlier career included significant roles at ICUnet.AG, where contributions were made as Senior Consultant and Head of Assignment Management, Head of Profit Center, and Intercultural Consultant from October 2006 to December 2012.
